Scott Rigsby is a Public Health Program Manager with the County of San Bernardino, Department of Public Health, Community Outreach and Education Program.  He oversees Community Vital Signs, Reentry, Oral Health, Safe Routes to School, Health Education, and the Healthy Communities program.   He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from California State University, San Bernardino and has supervised a variety Public health programs over his 18 year Public Health career.
