Natasha Riveron
Healthy Parks and Places Manager
Safe Routes Partnership

Picture
Natasha Riveron works at the intersection of transportation policy, public health, and social justice. In her current role, she helps local advocates improve the safety and accessibility of their local parks and open spaces via active transportation and transit. She is passionate about working with communities to creatively build on their assets and elevate the voices of people who are excluded from planning processes. Prior to joining the Safe Routes Partnership, Natasha worked at Smart Growth America on the National Complete Streets Coalition. She supported communities across the country to write strong Complete Streets policies with a focus on equity and implementation. Prior to SGA, Natasha served as the Community Outreach Coordinator at Innovations in Aging Collaborative in Colorado Springs, CO, where she worked on the City’s Age Friendly initiative through AARP.
