Adrienne Anderson is a Community Health Program Specialist at the County of San Diego Chronic Disease and Health Equity Unit. In this role, Adrienne manages the CalFresh Healthy Living Program (previously known as the Nutrition Education and Obesity Prevention Program), which makes healthy food and physical activity more accessible in settings where people live, learn, shop, and play. Adrienne has experience working in rural and urban public health departments and is passionate about improving health equity though improving the food system and advancing active living opportunities. Adrienne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from the University of California, Santa Cruz and a Master Degree in Public Health from the University of Michigan.
